Camillus West Homeowners Association LogoOur homeowner’s association welcomes you to our Camillus West neighborhoods. We know that you will, as we do, enjoy living here in this area with its most attractive rural environment.

Our association has been in existence since 1968 and now has a membership of of 350 homes. Our purpose is to keep our membership informed about matters of common interest, including those pertaining to local regional government policies and future growth and development in the area.

The association distributes a newsletter to the membership four or five times a year. In the spring and fall we have membership meetings which are held in the Large Group Instruction Room of the Camillus Middle School on Ike Dixon Road.

As an organization we seek to preserve the rural atmosphere of our area. It is to be noted that we are in a transition period in which the area is changing from agricultural rural to a more suburban community.

The association has membership dues of $5.00 per year per household. The dues are collected in the spring and are used to support the production and mailing of our newsletter. We hope that you will become an active participant in the association and help us maintain the attractiveness of the area as a place to live.

Sincerely,

Phil Grome, President
Jed Rotella, Chairperson
